Outside of working with clients, David is involved in educating the next generation of accountants by working with Chartered Accountants Australia (formerly the Institute of Chartered Accountants).

David has been a manager with DFK Crosbie since 2013. He remains a manager of the firm following the merge of DFK Crosbie and Pitcher Partners Newcastle and Hunter to unite under the Pitcher Partners brand in late-2021.
