Starting her career in senior business administration roles across the healthcare sector, Rachael has always enjoyed problem-solving and working with numbers, which drove her decision to embark on her accounting career. Known for her sincere approach, Rachael’s clients value her focus on developing strong, long-term relationships grounded in holistic advice.

Understanding that every client and their business is different, Rachael loves to work closely with them in solving their personal and professional puzzle. Whether that’s making and growing profit or carrying on the family business across generations, Rachael believes every client is unique. Her greatest sign of success is seeing her clients succeed.  

Rachael has worked with several industries, including telecommunications and retail, real estate, finance brokers, construction, automotive, debt collection agencies, and property development. No matter what business she’s working with, Rachael takes the time to dig into the details of their systems and processes to determine where further efficiencies and positive changes can be made.

Prior to joining Pitcher Partners, Rachael held commercial roles and, therefore, understands and appreciates the daily challenges faced in business and the need for timely and accurate information to confidently make strong commercial decisions.

Rachael joined Pitcher Partners in 2021 as a senior accountant and quickly progressed to manager within a few months of being with the firm.
